各位尊敬的家长，
暑假已经接近尾声，石溪中文学校也将迎来新的学年。
因为受到教室数量和老师变动的一些影响，今年的文化课安排有所变动，具体内容包括：
1. 今年将不开设学生国画班，所有第一选择报国画的都将被归为第二选择；
2. 今年将增设学生书法班、学生太极拳班。
我们对上述变动对家长和小朋友带来的不便表示抱歉。为了让小朋友们能选到自己想上的文化课，我们决定在正式分班前进行一次选择更改。家长在和小朋友商量后，觉得有需要的，请用信件后附上的链接申请调班。对于调班，学校有以下几点说明：
1. 学校将尽最大努力满足每位学生的第一要求，但如果班级超过人数需要调整，将会以报名先后作为安排的准则，请大家理解；
2. 舞蹈班今年将只开设一个班级，现在报名人数已经超过预计规模，所以不再接受换到舞蹈班的申请。
3. 现在开设的各个文化课均没有年龄要求。

Dear Parents,
New school year will start in less a month. We can't wait to see everyone to come back on September 9.
CCL Board is working very hard to get everything set. Unfortunately, limited by the number of classrooms, and the resource of the teachers, we are so regretful to announce that we will not have the "Chinese Water Color Painting (for children)" culture class in the school year of 2017-2018. At the same time, in order to compromise this change, we are very proudly to offer two new culture classes: "Calligraphy (for children)" and "Taiji (for children)" this year.
For this regard, we would like to invite you to reconsider the culture class choice for your kid(s). If you decide to make a change, please use the following link to submit your application.
We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability. However, if the number of the class exceeds the maximum, we have to make the change by following the-first-come-the-first-serve policy. We hope for your understanding.
Also, we want to draw your attention to the fact that the number of application for the "Dancing" culture class has exceeded the allowance. Therefore, we respectfully won't accept the request for the change to this class.
Please also be aware that there is no age limit for all open culture classes, as long as the student is eligible for the registration of our Chinese class.
