各位家长，
石溪中文学校2017-2018学年的第一节课将于本周六，即九月九日正式开始。请注意以下几项事情：
1）各个班级的老师已经通过google group联系班级学生家长，说明开学注意事项（班级教室、书本收费等）。请查收。由于google group的特殊性，有可能信件会在垃圾邮箱中，请注意查找。
2）九日上午10：05和下午1：05将分别举行上午班和下午班家长的家长会，由学校校委会主持。主要介绍以下学校的财政收入和支出状况，现在面临的困难，以及未来发展的方向，同时我们会对去年参加中文AP考试和HSK考试的同学进行现场表彰和奖励。请家长们积极参加。地点是Harriman Hall 112教室。
3）本学年的课程表可以在我们的官方网站上找到：http://www.sbcclny.com/products-services
4）请各位家长准备一张支票，金额请参照老师发送的信件，购买本学年教材。
5）开学第一天会有很多事情，建议家长带孩子提早15分钟到达。
6）本学年的家长值班表基本排定，请家长留意我们的网站更新。

Dear Parents,
New semester at SBCCL will start from this Saturday, September 9. Here comes our first announcement:
1) You should have received an email from the assigned teacher for the registered class, which contains a welcome message, classroom information, and the fee for books. Please make sure to check you email, including your junk mailbox.
2) At 10:05 am and 1:05 pm, SBCCL Board will hold a Parents meeting at Harriman Hall Room 112. We will introduce the financial situation of our school. Also, we will have a short ceremony to award the students who passed the Chinese AP test and HSK test successfully. All parents are invited.

4) Please make sure to bring a check with the amount revealed in the teacher's email (mentioned in 1)) for the book fee.
5) Please be advised to come at least 15 minutes before the class this Saturday.
6) The list for Parents-on-duty (POD) has been filled. It will be announced soon in our website: http://www.sbcclny.com
